Moʻolelo-Based Photography

with Andrew Hara & Joey Trisolini

In ʻĀina-Based Photography, you’ll learn to take images that honor place—not just show it. Guided by Andrew Hara and Joey Trisolini, you’ll ground in the moʻolelo of where you are, then head into the field to practice shooting, editing, and receiving professional critique. You’ll learn to work with natural light, capture portraits and motion with intention, and build a photo story shaped by ʻike ʻāina. You’ll leave with a curated photo set and a deeper understanding that visual storytelling is kuleana.
